1. What we collect
When you sign up we store your email address and a display name. When you run an audit we store the domain you entered, the generated checklist, your notes and the completion state of each task. For paid plans, our payment provider stores billing details; we never see or store your full card number.
2. How we use it
We use your data to run audits, show your dashboard, manage your subscription and provide support. Audit content is sent to our AI provider to generate the checklist. We do not sell your data or use it to train models.
3. Account data and RLS
Your audits and tasks are protected by row-level security: only your own account can read or modify them. No other user can access your audit data.
4. Payments
Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive your plan, billing period, and subscription status, but card details are handled entirely by the provider and never touch our servers.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use essential storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. AI processing
When you generate an audit, the domain you enter is sent to an AI model that produces the checklist. We send only what is needed to generate the audit and do not retain the request beyond what is required for your account.
7. Data retention
We keep your audit data while your account is active. When you cancel or delete your account, your audit data may be removed. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email support@seositechecklist.com.
9. Security
We protect your data with row-level security, encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
