1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using seositechecklist.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by seositechecklist.com ("we", "us").

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with applicable laws when auditing websites you own or have permission to analyse.

3. Plans and site limits

The Service offers Free, Premium, Grow and Agency plans, each with a maximum number of site audits as shown on the pricing page. The Free plan includes one audit. Paid plans raise that limit for the billing period you select (monthly or yearly).

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. Yearly plans are billed once per year at the discounted rate shown on the pricing page. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep access until then.

5. Downgrades and over-limit audits

If you switch to a plan with a lower site limit while holding more audits than the new limit allows, your existing audits are kept but become read-only. You can create new audits again once you are back under the limit.

6. Refunds

Because audits are delivered instantly, fees are generally non-refundable. If a charge is clearly in error or the Service was unavailable, contact support@seositechecklist.com and we will review it within one business day.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to bypass site limits, scrape or reverse engineer the audit output, or use the Service to harm another site. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Audit output and disclaimer

Checklist audits are generated by AI and intended as guidance, not legal or professional advice. We do not guarantee search engine rankings or specific outcomes from following the checklist. You are responsible for verifying changes before deploying them.

9. Changes to the Service and terms

We may update features, plans, pricing or these terms. Material changes to pricing will be announced in advance. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

10. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these terms. Audit data tied to your account may be deleted after termination.
